Representation

Representation in the Mental Health community matters, as a Spanish speaking Latina, not conforming to the traditional look of what we imagine therapists to look like is crucial. Remaining authentic to who I am, my ethnicity, and my roots, allows genuine connections and healing to occur.

About Me

When I’m not chatting with clients, it’s either family time or me time. This may include, exploring a new park with my family, trying a new restaurant with my partner, or simply enjoying some laughs amongst family and friends.

Aside from being a therapist, I’m a mother, a partner, a daughter, a sister, and a friend, but most importantly, I’m human. I’m not perfect, I too make mistakes, we are here to live, learn, and grow.

I look forward to speaking with you soon.
